How do I receive new home listings and price drops? As soon as a new listing or price drop from any brokerage is entered into the MLS you will receive it in your customized portal where you can manage your favorite properties. You can also search on the multiple public websites like zillow.com, realtor.com etc and notify your agent when you see a home of interest.
If I have have already viewed the home with another Realtor or Builder will I receive the rebate? No. The rebate is valid to buyers who are represented by a Dream Realty Realtor. In order to qualify for the cash back program you cannot be contractually obligated, had prior contact or viewed the property with another real estate agent or builder.
How do I receive my rebate? You will receive a check right after the transaction has closed or a credit to your closing costs.
